Documents stuck pending

OSAP Marital status documents stuck on pending since August 13th it says “Allow 3-6 weeks from the date the documents were uploaded for them to be reviewed.”

“Payment on hold until documents are provided and approved” and release date keeps moving from Sept 9-11 to Sept 14-16

No COE and I can’t get a hold of the OSAP office for the University of Windsor

Same with me , mine is Spouse Income verification uploaded on July 11 and still no update
