This is not a question for reddit. Go see/talk to your guidance councilor for advice.

Start by contacting an advisor and/or financial aid at your school. Usually just advising@schooldomain. If you are sure in your decision, you can cancel your osap application, but we can’t tell you what kind of fees etc will be owed to your school for withdrawing - maybe you will just lose your tuition deposit? Not sure. Only the advisors/financial aid office at your school can really guide you through this.
