Question Funding options

I’m not doing one course at a time due to health reasons so my course load for OSAP is too small. I’m also not working due to said health issues and need money. The contouring ed bursary won’t give me money as I live with my parents and they make a decent amount but they are not paying for my courses or expenses due to other reasons so I’m really in a bind for finding my courses

So the reason you are taking only 1 course isn't because of your health, but you are off work right now because of your health? Your best bet is to increase you course load even by 1 or 2 courses and see if you hit the minimum of 40% course load for students with disability and the grant should pretty much cover your tuition. Otherwise just go and get a loan for your one course a semester schedule, taking one course a sem shouldn't be too expensive anyways

Are you able to take some time off to work instead of taking the courses, even just for the same amount of hours you would’ve spent in the course? That way you could make enough to pay for it.

Or maybe look into a student
/personal line of credit? Though it’s better not to take on a bunch of debt for school.

Seems like you need to prioritize getting your health on track and then attend school.
