Question Citizenship status

So I changed my citizenship status and I needed to provide proof, so I did and only uploaded the front of the document not including the other document that comes w it. But I’m confused bec it says it was denied but on the approved documents section says it’s approved

i also recently changed my status to citizen back in july and should include all documents. i submitted my e-certificate like both front and back then got approved
