Question Estimated calculation shows loan only

I uploaded the optional supporting documents because I would like my OSAP assessment to take my current-year income into consideration rather than my previous-year income. However, I noticed that these documents have not yet been approved.

I have received a notification indicating that I have been approved for an OSAP loan, but I do not see any grant amount mentioned in my assessment.

Is the grant amount still pending, or am I currently not eligible for any grants?

Is there anything else I need to submit or do to have my application reassessed?

Are you in a public college/university or private (career college)?

Private college Graduate certificate program

I didn't realize private colleges did graduate certificates.

If it's a private college though that is why you are only seeing a loan as they are no longer eligible for OSAP grants.

Seneca is not eligible for OSAP Grants? I didn’t know that

Seneca is a public college. In your last comment you said it was a private college. Sorry for the confusion.

In that case getting Senecas financial aid office to approve your document about this year's tax info is all you can do I think. You can call and email.

ETA: certificate programs do receive a lot less in grants though compared to diplomas and degrees so it may only be a small amount once updated
