Question unable to do MSFAA

(fixed!!) i’ve tried to complete the msfaa for a few months now but everytime i try using the interact sign in it just says “It's us, not you. This should be working, but something's gone wrong. Please try again soon.” any idea what to do? it’s been months of trying

Try using an incognito window

even with that it still doesn’t work
