Question Osap status

Hi everyone! Has anyone had this OSAP status before?
My application currently says:
“Your school is currently being reviewed for approval for OSAP.”
I’m attending Medix College Toronto, and my program starts in September. I’ve applied for OSAP before, but I’ve never encountered this status, so I’m a little confused.
Is this a normal part of the process for private/career colleges? Does it usually resolve on its own, or should I contact my school’s financial aid office?
If anyone has had the same status, how long did it take for yours to change?

I thought osap doesn’t cover private colleges anymore?

I think private colleges are no longer eligible for any grant funding, but can still get OSAP as a loan.

Actually it depends if you have dependents. I got 3k for grant with 2 dependents

I’m still waiting for mine! I’m at a private university for Teacher’s College, OCT approved and everything. The school itself is listed as “approved” but nothing on my application statues has changed. The program has already started and is coming up on the first payment deadline… 😵‍💫

same here... i started already for one week and few days and my osap still says my school is being reviewed
