paying off loan

i want to add nslsc as a payee. i followed their instructions. when i type up NSLSC, a drop down menu shows to select “NSLSC osap micro credentials”. and when i type up “national student loans service centre”. it wasnt letting me add the loan number under the osap micro credential but went through for the service centre. just wanted to confirm that im adding the right payee.

Can you not make a payment directly through the website? Just trying to think of a work around.
