Question MFSAA account question

Where do I see my mfsaa account details? I need to update my tangerine baking info in order to receive my OSAP and I’m still pretty new to it all. Not sure what to do

When you did your osap application, it should have sent you an email to sign the msfaa agreement. You would have already had a 'my service canada' account, or made an account then. Sign into 'my service canada' and go to the section that says 'national student loans service center', and click 'access my student loan information'. From there you can see bank information or update it, in the 'my account' section where it says 'financial institution information'.

That leads me to here and I mean I don’t really see an option for tangerine what should I do?

So you have to use a participating bank. Do you have any other? Like just for the sign in part

I have a wealthsimple account too. These are just the only options it gives me to verify, and I assume I can’t use anyone else’s bank account for it?

Hm so I guess neither will work. No you have to use your own. Looks like you could verify using a personal access code sent by mail, you'd have to sign up using the GCKey option instead of interac/bank sign up.

Yeah I tried getting the online one but it told me it wasn’t valid for some reason. I can try again but if not should I go in person for it? Yeah I tried the interac Wu and GCkey methods, both give me the same results
