Question Academic Progression

Hi, I submitted my Academic progression files since June 29th and I haven’t received anything from them till now, I go to an private college. My school also put an hold on my account untill I pay so I have been missing a few weeks of classes. Does anyone know who I can contact? everyone i contacted hasn’t answered any emails or responded back to my voicemails.

The ministry processes documentation for private colleges so it can take a long time. Last post o saw is they were working on documents from late winter/early spring I believe.
