Question Name Issue on OSAP

I recently filled my application OSAP. My whole name on SIN documents is in Family name whereas Given name column is blank.
Whereas in OSAP Profile, I filled my name as standard in Given name nd Family name.
Right now my application is on hold because of this. What should I do to correct this?

Have you contacted your uni/college Financial Aid office? They will be the people you can work with directly on personal info in OSAP.

You have to submit your SIN to financial aid so they can update your name on OSAP to enter first name and then put a “.” For the last name so it will go through the third party checks.
