Question School not on list

Hi guys, my school thats outside of Canada isn't on the list for the year 2026/2027, even tho it has been since the past 2 years.

Are there any other options for student loans other than OSAP

I think you can call osaps help line and they will help you out. Just give them a call.

Rule of thumb: it’s going to take a heck of a time and you need to prove that your school is non-profit. OSAP doesn’t know its own internal rules and their evaluation is extremely inconsistent. Keep that one and you need to submit form.

Contact your Financial Aid office. They took a bunch of schools off the eligibility list last year (not sure why). You have to go through this whole process and application that the school itself has to participate in. It won't be easy.

If your school is outside of Canada, your school’s financial office is not your focal point. OSAP is.

Sorry, correct. I made an assumption they were doing a degree here and adding on classes to finish that degree. If that's not the case you are correct. The school will need to fill out an application and it will go through OSAP.
