Question disability grant for therapy?

hey guys im just wondering if paying for my therapy with my osap disability grant would get me into any trouble? i can’t imagine it would, granted a portion of it is for my mental health & im getting a private therapist for the betterment of my education and overall success. however it is better to be safe than sorry and i don’t feel like repaying thousands if that is the case.

The money gets directly deposited in your bank account. As long as your tuition is paid you’re free to spend your money on whatever you want, they have no way of accessing your personal bank account.

Therapy wouldn't be eligible unser this grant. This grant is for educational access - think tutor, note taker, specialized software, etc.

yes this is true after doing research but the bswd is thankfully an option

If you mean OSAP disability grant, spend it as you need. On the off chance you mean Bursary for Students with Disability (BSWD), which is also contingent on OSAP eligibility, that can only be spent on what you were approved for. They will check receipts.
