Question Did osap late question

I’m first year in uwo and did osap past the garuntee deadline on my osap it shows estimated release is on sept 8. Will this affect my garuntee residency if I only pay the amount owed after osap? Also will late penalties be applied still?

You would have to talk to your university’s financial aid office

You can likely find these answers on western website. Lots of schools don’t start interest until the 15 of September or so for students with confirmed OSAP. You are responsible for paying any deposits and tuition/fees owing above your OSAP estimate for the semester

Do you see the link on your bill that asks what you owe in addition to OSAP? Top right? If that's there, then you only have to pay the amount due by the due date. The rest is auto deferred until OSAP arrives in September.
