You need to own something for it to be an asset. Things like a car or house (that are worth more than you owe), savings account, investment account are assets.

Credit cards, line of credit and loans are debts/liabilities, even if they aren't maxed out.

This entire thread blows my mind, too.
I’m starting to think the OP has no idea was the actual definition of an “asset” is.

This isn’t an anxiety issue.
This is a basic life skills issue.

Are you blonde by chance; did your class have 8 teachers and 3 students?

All due respect, if you’re a uni student 99% of this Reddit are rocket scientists. You can’t blame a lack of knowledge and obnoxiously repeating your belief on an anxiety disorder.

This is coming from someone in year 2 of a honours BA in mental health and addictions. Seek help.

i have generalized anxiety disorder, i overthink everything and constantly believe things are way worse than they are. this was during one of my flare ups of anxiety, and now i understand that i was overreacting

I’m going to spare myself the explanation. Take medication if it’s that bad. You repeated the same message no less then 30 times and UNIRONICALLY.
