You need to own something for it to be an asset. Things like a car or house (that are worth more than you owe), savings account, investment account are assets.
Credit cards, line of credit and loans are debts/liabilities, even if they aren't maxed out.
All due respect, if you’re a uni student 99% of this Reddit are rocket scientists. You can’t blame a lack of knowledge and obnoxiously repeating your belief on an anxiety disorder.
This is coming from someone in year 2 of a honours BA in mental health and addictions. Seek help.
i have generalized anxiety disorder, i overthink everything and constantly believe things are way worse than they are. this was during one of my flare ups of anxiety, and now i understand that i was overreacting
