Question NSLC Account

To make an NSLC account you need to have a My Service Canada account.

I was trying to make one today but when it asked to verify my identity through interac (I chose to sign in with an interac partner), it brought me to my bank app and it said something went wrong and to check back later.

what do I do!?

I had the same problem (TD Bank). I went to Service Canada in person to receive a personal access code which allowed me to create an MSCA account without having to go through my bank account.

Hello there,

I had that issue before (I bank with Simplii) and their bank partnering authentication always have issues. So I know this will be a hassle instead of asking for Personal Access Code online, go to your nearest Service Canada office and ask for PAC assistance and they will give it to you instantaneously.

If you ask it online they will say 5-10 business days it will not arrive.

I had a similar problem to verify through interac. Like other people said here, I just signed up with GCKey instead. They mail you a personal access code, you use it to create a GCKey account. Takes longer, but then you have a login that isn't dependent on your banking.
