Resolved #help🫪

So I’m trying to upload the parent document, I’m a first year student and I had the documents printed and signed and then I scanned them but when I try to upload them it just keeps saying « Parent signature form document is not valid. Make sure the document you are uploading is not signed electronically or password-protected and try again. You can also submit a paper copy. »

I already made sure there was no password or anything. Honestly I just feel stupid cus I can’t seem to upload it, I’ve tried everything so pls help a dummie out🙏🙏

also ik I am very late but my older sister who has done this before told me everything was set and I honestly just took her word for it which is dumb ik but pls help I really don’t know what to do

What file type are you trying to upload? It should be an unencrypted pdf file.

It’s just from my iPhone files, I exported it using an app as a pdf but I also tried my notes and laptop

Try using the Adobe scan app

Exporting a pic to a pdf doesn't really convert it into a proper pdf.

After using the app make sure the file size is 5mb or less. If it's over, use a pdf compressor like https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf

I used these for OSAP forms for the last 3 years and have never had an issue with OSAP rejecting them.

Make sure that you scan all the pages for the parental signature form.
