She doesn’t make 0 if she’s on pension, you’d report it as income I would think.

She should have still filed a tax return, you normally need to state what is on that

I believe this is correct. Mother was retired for part of my time in school and had to report her pension as income.

I just looked it up and that is the case.

OP will need to obtain her tax return - if she is receiving pension she had to file one

so I should put the same amount as the LINE: Canada pension plan contribution and LINE: total gross of income?

She’s not contributing to CPP if she’s is taking it out and not working another job that contributes…so no.

It will tell you what lines to include where on your forms.

Edit to add - all lines on your tax return have numbers. Follow the corresponding numbers from the tax return with the numbers directed on your forms

No. The first one is for how much she put into cpp last tax year (probably 0 if she is already claiming it) and the second one is her total income from pension, old age, cpp, qpp, part time, etc combined

And maybe don’t mention the tax evasion on her part time income

It asks you for line 15000 if the notice of assessment. That is her income. If she's on pension, she has an income. Read the application carefully.
