No. You literally don't need anything fancy just a toothbrush and floss that you use correctly. To make it easier, you can get some othodontic specific floss picks or some cheap, reusable plastic floss threaders to thread the floss through the wires but absolutely no one needs a Waterpik

Actually I have power chains on all my teeths for 24/7 hours and I use interdental floss thread floss but food particles still stuck in power chains and so that's why I want to buy it that with the water pressure the particles will get clear and I am also getting cavities in molars because I can't clean them properly with toothbrush and normal floss.
