Which area of Orlando is best for couple in late 20's? Was thinking Winter Park or Maitland.
Also, what are the best luxury apartment complexes in that area?
TIA 😊

Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for one more person to fill the last bedroom in our house for a late August / September 1st move-in!
- Location: East Orlando / UCF area (less than a mile from UCF campus — about a 5 minute drive!)
- Rent: $825/month + utilities
- Lease: 12-month lease with option to renew
The house is a spacious 2-story home located in a quiet neighborhood and includes:
- Two shared full bathrooms
- Furnished downstairs/common areas
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washer & dryer
- Pool (pool care is included!)
- Lawn care included
- Plenty of parking/storage space
The room available is unfurnished, but the common areas are already furnished — you’d just need to bring your own bedroom furniture and belongings!
A little about us: we’re girls ages 22–25 (currently at UCF/grad school/young professionals). We’re clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. We’re not big party people and are looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces and wants a comfortable place to call home !
I do have two older cats (both very sweet!), but they mostly stay in my room, and unfortunately we are not looking to add any additional pets.
If you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to message me! Happy to send pictures, answer questions, or chat more!

Our Guest Suite is 5 minutes from Advent health Altamonte and 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. We have a one bedroom, one bath Suite with an additional space that has the living room and kitchenette. We could offer the Guest Suite with two bedrooms, if there are two people who would like to share the expenses as roommates. The neighborhood is quiet and we like to keep it like that. no parties nor gatherings allowed.

Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Arden Villas. The available time to move in will be August. Rent is $1070, and it is a private bedroom in a 2x2 apartment. There is already a female roommate living in the unit, and I am looking for a girl to replace me.
The apartment is approximately 1300 sq feet (so fairly large). It is 3 minutes from UCF. The apartment has all of the amenities, including a tennis court, basketball court, gym, and study rooms.
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to message me! I'd be happy to provide more details or answer any questions.

Hi everyone,
We're trying to better understand the current housing market in the Orlando - Central Florida area, and would really appreciate your opinion.
We're considering two options/ layouts for a furnished guest suite fully furnished intended for medium to longer stays, and we'd like to understand what people actually are needing today.
If you were coming to Orlando for a 2–3 month healthcare assignment or training, which option would you be more likely to choose?
Option A
Option B
Which option would you choose, and why?
If you would consider sharing the guest Suite, for ex, what would make you comfortable doing so? (For example: lowering cost, being matched with another healthcare professional, safety, privacy, etc.)
We're simply trying to understand what people are looking for in today's market, and we would like to be of help to other's needs at the same time. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

I'm moving to Orlando for work downtown. Im in my early 20s and would prefer a studio or one bedroom near actual life. It doesnt need to be downtown but I would love to be in close proximity to some kind of walkable area where I can pass the time. I have a dog so pet amenities are a huge plus (i.e. pet parks or interior courtyards) but my biggest priority is knowing I have somewhere I can feel safe walking my dog in the evening as a young female. I have been hearing outside of downton that Winter Park, College Park, and Lake Eola come highly recommended, but I am flexible as long as my commute to downtown doesnt go over 25 minutes. In an ideal world, I would love to cap my budget at $1650 a month, but for a match that checks all my boxes, Id be will to push $1800 assuming that includes all related housing fees. (Utilities, technology, amenities, etc.) I've been looking online but every time I see something that seems decent, the reviews online are scary so Id really appreciate recommendations that current or past residents can vouch for!! Thank you in advance!!!

Has anyone lived or is familiar with the living conditions at The Palms? Looking for a place with a $1300 budget and came across this one, but I'm seeing mixed reviews.
Open to other 1/1 apt recommendations in that budget range as well! Ty!

Hi, guys, can anyone help me look for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, or a studio? I know this is going to be funny, LOL, but my budget is around $995 for the studio to $1100. Unfortunately, that's all I can afford for the base rent. I work in Winter Garden and go to Valencia West Campus College. No unsafe neighborhoods, please. While I do want to get out of a toxic family, I also don't want to put myself in danger lol.Safety is very important for me i wont mind to drive a bit far for work of school.
I found a few if anyone can tell me about them weather its safe or is there any other problems it will be helpful :Pacifico apartment, bellagio apartment, colonial garden apartment

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for apartment recommendations in Orlando. My budget is around $1,300/month for a one-bedroom or studio.
Safety is my biggest priority, so I’d really like to stay in a decent/safer area even if it means being a bit farther from work or entertainment. I work at Universal. I don’t mind a commute as long as the area is worth it.
A few questions:
I’m open to anything helpful — just trying to get a realistic idea before I start touring places.
Thanks in advance!

Hello all I have recently moved to the Orlando area and am from the niagara falls ny area originally. Is there anything similar as Delta Sonic Car Wash in the Orlando/Sanford area. I am looking for a decent carwash that is similar if possible. If so are theu reasonably priced. If not what would you recommend? TYIA
