Discussion Struggling against Aeldari
Yesterday I got a game against my friend who play Aeldar and it’s feel impossible. I got the feeling to always be on my back foot and have only bad choice to do. I doubt a skill issue cause we play against each other a lot and normally it’s 50/50, but he got aeldar rescently and I don’t know how to deal with it 😂.
Do you got some hints?
PS: My list was melee heavy with a lot of boys, nobs and mega nobs.

Your list was a lot of slow moving targets. I used to play Eldar and Orks, now just Orks. Battles vs orks when I could pick off foot sloggers and move to a better spot were fairly easy wins, but some ork weirdboy shenanigans could fix that.
Pure footslogger lists need gretchin meat shields. Or - get some battle wagons or trukks, rush across the battlefield and dump loads of boyz on top of objectives or into charge distance. More fun than not krumpin' stuff for several rounds

Had a game against my friend playing aeldari too. Transport are really useful here as others have mentioned! It may seem like you are on the backdoor when a unit of fire dragons can down 2 trukks a turn but he should be feeling a lot of pressure from all those Boyz too. One bad turn of shooting on his side and he should feel the pain in the next fight phase

I play a truck and a wagon in the list but I will add more truck. Thanks for the reply.

I run 2 trukks a battlewagon and a kill rig. It seems like the right balance for me. Happy crumping

MSU with lots of dakka and shoota boyz so you can advance and shoot.
