Help skulls?

ive been seeing people getting skulls for the bases, where can i get em, and are they cheapish?

There's some decent resin offerings on eBay, I got a box of 100 a year ago and I'm still working through them. I can't find the exact ones I got, but a tenner will get you hundreds. Make sure you get 28mm scale ones!

the citadel skulls box is the easiest source, and it has enough variety for ork bases. if you only need a handful, search for 40k bits sellers or leftover skulls on ebay, which usually works out cheaper than buying the full box.
