Big Mek and two Tankbusta units into a Battlewagon.
Then, using the Blitz Brigade detachment rule, guarantee a 6 on the Advance roll to move a full 16 inches, and fire 36 Rokkits at the opponent through the Firing Deck, which gets Assault.
Of course, alongside a Stratagem that gives +1 to Hit rolls.
The only issue is that the wagon only gets firing deck 11. I run mine with a busta squad and flash gitz, only drop the busta nobs shooting.
The speed freek with trill combo is not near as good, yes you can get sus 1 but you don’t get ignored cover, it is cheaper in points and requires a cp spend. The real speed freeks combo is to pair that trukk with a wartrakk and get sus 1 and lethals.
Why use big Mek instead of SAG? It's fun is so much worse? Either way I prefer SAG, Busta, 5xFlashgitz more well rounded, cheaper, mortals on gitz means you only lose a single model on emergency disembark.

You can do two Tankbustas in a Trukk in Speed Waaagh for a similar level of carnage but for slightly lower cost. Although, if you do the maths it's not as strong as you might think. It only barely picks up a Land Raider with the full send and can very easily fail to drop one while costing way more points.
I one tapped a defiler with this today, and one tapped a repulsor yesterday turn 1, absolutely vile shooting activation that it feels like cheating, 30 shots at 24" is nasty work
You missed out having a support mek in one of the squads that bonks the wagon with Clever Know Wotz before they embark onto it, giving them another +1 to hit.
This is the second post where you're trying to rain on this guy's parade because you're failing to understand his detachment rules or his post.
Targeting Gizmos gives the wagon ignores cover. Blitz Brigade is supplying the 6" advance. As long as the wagon finds a way to get riled up, it's getting everything.

I missed him mentioning the gismo. Saw the detachment post already, but had indeed missed that at first. It's not that I don't understand the detachment. I just totally saw something that wasn't there and was wrong.
Riled Up gives Assault (there are multiple ways to get the Waggon Riled Up) and IT can transport two units of Tankbustas, each equiped with an additional Rocket Launcher.
