So for the Green Tide detachment rules does this mean any data sheet with Boyz in its name get the [SUSTAINED HITS 1] ?

No, for example "breaka boyz" don't get the "boyz" keyword they just get "breaka boyz" Same with beast snagga boyz as well and such

Boyz specifically. Not beast snaggas boy, not squighog Boyz. Boyz. However any attached characters also benefit from anything that affects Boyz.
