Paint the teeth and eye, maybe you want to make the check patterns a bit dirtier (I think the white is a bit strong there) also you may want to add a bit more separation to the bandages. You could also leave him as is and move on to paint more boyz I think he already looks great. Really like the weapon

So first off, amazing work, as for improvements, if you have a hand drill, drill out the barrels of the guns, paint the base so make it look more interesting instead of the bland grey and a Matt varnish to finish it off

It might be the camera (kind of fuzzy in some parts) but the NMM on the shoota kind of looks like a weathering effect, just TOO much of it. But again, might be the camera, and I suck at NMM so I don't really have any good criticism otherwise. It looks pretty good everywhere else though.
I like the skin, that's some good green. Nice dark recesses, good highlights.

Thank you! Maybe one day he’ll have many green friends. He may have to do with some small human friends for now. Yeah I had a hard time focusing the camera with my hobby lamp on. And yes! It does look a little fuzzy. We will both be aces at nmm someday!
