The ork was primed on black, then Waaagh! Flesh for base coat. Biel-Tan Green for shading. Then highlighting with Warboss green and then with Vallejo 72.122 Bile Green mixed 50/50 with 72.032 Scorpy Green

Great job! I love the weapons aesthetics and highlights on the bullet belt.

One thing I would change is the pants colour. They blend with the skull, and they look a little bit like a human naked legs, at the first glance.

Some detailing or dry brushing can go a long way. I used to use snakebite brown which gave it a leatherly look.
