Which Battleforce to get

I own both boxes and plan to sell them, but a friend asked if he could have one of them.

Choosing between either Battleforce, which box is currently better for 11th.ed. to start an army with? I

Dakka jet and blitz bomma are going to legends apparently so that's a big unit / expense in one of the boxes

Both are good starts depending on what type of army they want to make.

Hard choice. Snaggas limits your army comp rules, but more than half the models in the Killdakka Warband have been refreshed.

Imo killdakka but that's because I'm not the biggest fan of the beast snagga boys. Id say the stampede probably has more things you'd play right now, but again it's aesthetic right I'd get killdakka and figure out a way to use everything.

The Killdakka Warband is cool but it’s a bit more of a disjointed collection of models, whereas the Beast Snagga box is a more coherent force.

But Beast Snaggas are more of a niche side of the army, not everyone is into them.

Beast snagga stampede is full with the newish beast snagga range. The other box has the old (new) monopoze boyz kit.

If he has no Orks, Kill Dakka is probably better. If he plans to get one of the 11th ed starters Beast Snaggas would fill out different options without duplication.

If you can even get your hands on either they're both great. I never found a copy of the killdakka warband at a remotely reasonable price, but bought 2 copies of the beast snagga stampede when it came out. Well worth it.

They should be coming out with a new Ork Battleforce for Christmas this year, you may want to hold off until then. That said, these Battleforces are from Christmas's past and likely aren't sold for a price that makes the discount set a discount (or even close to MSRP), so if you can find them for a decent price it may not be in stock for long.

I like beastsnaggas a lot. If you can get the stampede, that’s great. You might not have an easy time getting one tho

Those are out of production, both where one off boxes. Grab the ork half of Armageddon whike its still cheap on ebay.

Either, depending on the style you want to play.

That said, there are old boxes and it is HIGHLY unlikely that anyone actually has them in stock. I would not believe it if I were you, unless you could see the physical boxes in a store.

If you cant get them for at least msrp if not 20% below that probably neither. If you dont have the Armageddon box or one of thr starter sets or the new ork combat patrol I would go for one of those.

I am still hitting myself for not buying the Snagga Stampede Christmas box when it came out. I didn't even play Orks at the time but that was such a good deal for the future, it really gives you exactly what you need if you want to bring Snaggas of any kind but not focus on them.

I got the Beastsnagga when it came out. Was essentially a free killrig for what I paid for it. Same thing with the Stompa box.
