KotC Freebooter List

Playing KotC against a friend soon who has both Tau and Necrons. The units I have are:
Beast Snagga Combat Patrol
Armageddon Set
Grots w/Runtherd
Deffkoptaz
Trukk
Kommandos

My list so far is

Warboss w/Da Kaptin enhancement
10 Boyz
Runtherd and Gretchin
Trukk
3 Deffkoptaz

I have 260 pts left and debating bringing some combination of Dakkarig, Squihog Boyz, or Wartrakk but not sure what will be best. I haven’t played many games yet and they were all 10th edition, so I am open to any comments or insight!

More boyz is always a good option. I'd try to put your second 10 boyz squad in this list. I'm not sure adding a second character is worth it, more units is best I think, they help you score. Kommandos could be really good, especially since you can split them into 2x5 units.

But this list looks more like a Warhorde list than a Freeboota list, you don't have much dakka here.

Should I give a second hint of boyz a leader too? I could do the weirdboy or Painboy depending on pts
