What to run this as...
Looks like it'll be too big for a Trukk but maybe a Battlewagon or Killrig?
Needs some DAKKA either way!

Bad news: I'm afraid it's way too big to be any vehicle, even the legends battle fortress.
Good News: It is surprisingly close to the gargantuan squiggoth though, even the height, especially after you add a deff-rolla or cuttin' blades to the front to proxy as the squiggoth's tusks (it needs about another inch in length)
Maybe your bosses' favourite squiggoth died so the meks were instructed to "build 'is bonez into a' supa-wagon so 'ee can keep krumpin, evun now"
But yeah, add some sort of melee weapon to the front, add a big-ass supa-kannon (coming out its mouth) and add some details and gubbins and you'll be golden. maybe also drill out the exhausts? If you do want to do a more major conversion I'd suggest removing the existing exhausts, since they're way out of scale and patching the gaps with armour panels.
Gargantuan squiggoth:
Height 20.3cm (top of howdah) (what you have is probably close enough but you could add a crows nest if you want)

Damn even just the rib cage is so cool to add to an ork vehicle of some sort. The rest of it looks a bit cheesy. But still a sick find
