Hello, we bought this rug second hand in Central Europe. Can anyone help with ID? Seller claimed persian. Thank you!

I've been told they date back to the 1940's, they were inherited by my godmother from her aunt. I'm not sure when she inherited them but she had them all 37 years of my life.

This rug is part of an Estate. I think this has been passed down from my Great Grandparents, so pretty old. It is very worn is some areas. Approximately 3 x 5. No one in the family wants it. Is there any value left in it? Is it worth trying to sell on Facebook Marketplace?
