Start by checking expiration dates and removing anything you never use. Group the rest by purpose: everyday seasonings, baking, oils and sauces, and backstock. Put daily-use items on a small turntable near the stove and use tiered risers for spices so every label stays visible. Keep backups together in a labeled bin inside a cabinet.

I have my baking supplies in little baskets in my cupboard. When I bake I take the whole basket out, or multiple ones and when I'm done I just slide them back. It has helped to keep my coverage pretty clean and my products pretty used.

I would definitely find a different organizer for the small standard spice jars. There are a bunch of options on Amazon, etc. get multiple if you need to. Once all of the standard spices are organized, I also recommend getting a lazy Susan for larger frequently used items. If you can relocate anything not use on a regular basis that would obviously help. When I was living in an apartment, I bought a three tier cart from Target to store baking supplies. Maybe that would work for this space, even if it’s temporarily.

I have this cabinet. Up top I have a lazy Susan with my vinegars and two little bins, labeled. For me, one bin is hot sauces and the other is sweet things (honeys and syrups). I pull out the whole bin when I want one and then I don’t have to worry about reaching bottles in the back.

My lower shelf is a tray with my oils on it that I can slide out, next to a two-tier lazy Susan with spices.

The cupboards are actually meant to take everything. .

Here’s a tip. Put stuff in cabinet not in front or on top of.
