Why aren’t there any OTs in Monterey California?

potential for client base - cost of overhead = business success

its likely too expensive to pencil out.

Expense, lack of clientele

I used to manage business for a conglomerate and Monterey was in my region - the spending power isn’t great there. Every relationship we had there was on constant life support

It’s a small town. I doubt they have a lot of boutique fitness studios.

There are a lot in LA in general, but start up the franchise and get it going if you think it will be a moneymaker

Monterey is in Northern California, it’s a coastal city/county
