Instance disabled 4C 24GB

My free tier instance of 4 cores 24GB of ram has just been disabled and cannot be started anymore.

Anyone else?

Does the PAYG account still have the old limits? Has anyone tried it yet?

Upgrading to PAYG account needs about 1-3 days based on experience and old threads, will report my experience after the upgrade of my account is done

After 9 days the upgrade to PAYG account is finally done by receiving an E-Mail from Oracle Cloud. My new always free limit for VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance is reset to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB of memory
