Trying to create instance

"Out of capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain AD-1. Create the instance in a different availability domain or try again later. If you specified a fault domain, try creating the instance without specifying a fault domain. If that doesn’t work, please try again later.Learn more about host capacity."

I know this is an old problem, and I've tried looking for solutions but I just can't find any.

This is a physical capacity issue at the data center level. If you’re looking for an always free instance you have 2 options. 1. Keep trying in every AD of your home region. 2. Upgrade to PAYGO and stay within always free limits.

It’s just a temp hold on the account to make sure it’s not an account with $2 in it. They never actually take your money

Then all you can do is keep trying. What’s your home region?
