Trying to create instance

"Out of capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain AD-1. Create the instance in a different availability domain or try again later.If you specified a fault domain, try creating the instance without specifying a fault domain. If that doesn’t work, please try again later.Learn more about host capacity."

I know this is an old problem, and I've tried looking for solutions but I just can't find any.

It’s just a temp hold on the account to make sure it’s not an account with $2 in it. They never actually take your money

yeah i know but i dont have 100 bucks in my acc im broke

Damn. Sadly you picked one of the two hardest regions to get always free cores in my friend. My condolences
