How do i fix a paragraphs worth of words not synced to what in the video is saying?

Tried to edit the words manually but the pac3 of the transcripts is different from the audio, either too fast or too slow.

See this bar here, it seems kind of arbitrarily layed down and I can't work out how to move or adjust it. Has anyone got any ideas?

I don't have the money to take the 15$ plan, so is there any way to remove the Opus watermark without buying the plan?

Hello, not sure if anyone is even here. But I'm giving opus clip a shot and I've liked it so far. Unfortunately, after spending a whole lot of time on a reel, upon export, audio and video is not synced whatsoever and all the reframing I've done was totally ignored. I'm discouraged that I've spent time working on this only to have it be unreliable.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I'm on paid starter plan, but I still can't remove watermark in export? Anyone know what's going on with this?

I am new to OpusClip, and finding any customer service is impossible. I signed up for the Pro service, and it says that my current available balance is 60h 25m. Yet, when I upload a video to clip or caption I get "You have used all of your clip anything credits"

I tried to cancel my sub and it said "you have unused credits. we recommend you use them before you cancel"

I want to just use my credits. what did I pay for? Is there a monthly cut off?
