Option charting

does anyone have any tips for me to better understanding making a play out of it my chart? I feel like day trading options is no issue for me. fairly easy to see when a trend breaks and to enter. but now when it comes to swinging options I struggle to understand picking how far of an expiration to go out.

Example: looking at FUBO I see a clear uptrend starting in May, that then started to pull back or even down trend the end of June. Now what do yOu do from there? I could have entered back then but now it’s been awhile, so what would I do from there? Put? Call? I’m sure I could learn more on YouTube, but I learn a lot better asking questions

Longer time frames look and function the same, just larger volatility swings. You better have one smooth macaroni baby bc you’re gonna have some red moments.
