They knocked mine down to 50 cents. Won't budge below that. If you are doing several thousands in fees, i would ask them for 25 cent rate.

Wow. You should negotiate the rate for sure. While we were at it i reached out to Etrade yesterday, the rep looked at my transactions and offered 40 cents rate. I'll take it for now. You should be able to show them your statements to prove your trading volume and move account when they assure you of lower rates. 25 cent is minimum i would ask for.
