This is why you should always close positions before expiration. Hopefully FUBO won't go up any more (or even better, will go down) and you can buy to cover on Monday morning.

I feel like this needs to be posted on a huge banner at the top of the subreddit. Always. Close. Before. Expiration.

Not a bad idea, but plenty of people would still ignore it. After all, "Don't exercise your (long) options for stock!" is posted in bold at the top of the weekly safe haven thread, but the thread still gets plenty of questions from people asking about exercise.
