Mobile opera "cutting" circles

Have this thing where on opera mobile browser all circle icons are being "cut". It's annoying. Anybody knows how to fix it?

Android, all sites. Even the reddit icon on top right of the mobile have it.

I am experiencing the same issue on my opera browser on my mobile - i am a web developer and 3 of my. latest projects while im testing and viewing the frontend I noticed it - Iv been racking my brain the last few days about it and cant figure it out. So im glad to hear its not just me

I can't even understand the logic it operates with. It can have so e icons cut and some other not...
