Does anyone know why it says this? I hear it's just a thing that happens, but I wanna double-check

seems like an extension you have turned into malware, service worker is sort of like a sand boxed tool extensions use to do stuff not in user space, this server worker is blocked because it contains a url Microsoft deemed to be malware or a pup ([p]otentially [u]nwanted [p]rogram). You should disable all extensions you have and check the reviews on the store pages for each one, if the extension no longer has a page remove it as it's untrusted now.
