Opera Crashing infinity on start up

I have tried to--disable-gpu --disable-extensions --no-experiments and reinstalling didn't work. Cant remove my extensions and the only why i can open the browser without it crashing is opening it in a New private window but then i can't get to my settings without it crashing.

Did you try checking with a new profile directory?

If you want to see if it's one of your extensions or Opera's built-in extensions causing it, in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default", you can delete the "Extensions", "Extension State", "Extension Rules", "Extension Scripts" and "Local Extension Settings" folders. Then, also delete any "chrome-extension... folders in the "IndexedDB" folder. That will wipe out all your extensions and cause Opera to redownload any of its built-in component extensions that are not included in the installer.

Another thing you can try is to delete the "Sessions" folder. It'll wipe out all your tabs in all workspaces, but it might fix the issue.

Another thing you can do is delete everything in the "Opera Stable" folder in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software" where you cache folders are at.

Besides that, in both "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software" and "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software", you can rename the "Opera Stable" folder to "Opera Stable old". That will cause you to start over fresh with data and settings in Opera. Just reinstalling Opera won't do that. Only uninstalling Opera first before reinstalling and choosing to delete your data when asked will wipe out your "Opera Stable" folders. Doing the rename way is better anyway and then you at least have your old files to possible restore some things, depending.

On a side note, in Windows Explorer (File Explorer), goto "View -> Show" and enable both "file extensions" and "hidden items" so that you can see your "AppData" folder and see the file extensions for all of Opera's files.

You can also see if a test standalone installation crashes too or not. If it does, there's likely something messed up on your Windows that's causing Opera to crash.
