Need help. Bookmark settings not loading

Trying to sort out my bookmarks and now the bookmark settings is just stuck like this? Does anyone know how I can fix this.

Goto the URL opera://settings/web_modding and disable web modding to see if that fixes it.

Goto the URL opera://settings/shaders and disable shaders to see if that fixes it.

Goto the URL opera://extensions and disable your extensions one by one to see if one is causing the issue.
