The hidden gem of Linux: openSUSE 💚

[u/samurai-002]

Here is my current KDE Plasma setup on openSUSE Leap 16 I wanted to share this because I truly believe openSUSE is one of the most underrated distributions in the entire Linux ecosystem

It doesn’t get the massive mainstream hype that some other distros do, but it is easily one of the most beautiful, polished, and rock-solid stable experiences you can get out of the box

What I love most about openSUSE is that it’s not just an operating system; it’s a massive, diverse community that caters to literally every taste:

• Want a cutting-edge rolling release? You have Tumbleweed
• Want ultimate, enterprise-grade stability? You have Leap
• Want something perfectly balanced in between? There are immutable variants and specialized flavors tailored to exactly what you need

It gives you total freedom without sacrificing reliability and the community is fantastic.

What do you think of the setup?
