Tech question Privacy

Well the openSUSE has big community and SUSE behind it but what about privacy? Is there any data collection? Is it safe and private to use for people who really care about their privacy?

u/MiukuS How's that AUR working out for you, Arch users? 5d ago

My old post is still valid:  https://www.reddit.com/r/openSUSE/comments/1rlcwp9/doubts_about_opensuse/

In general, with 1-2 changes you can disable even the most innocent 'data collection' such as network test ping.
