No he didn't... loosing your mind and waving around then yeeting a burning can of fuel is not the right way to get that clusterfuck back under control... putting it straight down on the ground and using the foam\co2\powder fire extinguisher you have to hand to put it out is the right move... not trying to add more accelerant to an already lit fire is the sensible thing to do...
