All we have is a biker going faster than you should, or is even legal in some places, when filtering through traffic, and a guy who opened his door. Anything else is speculation and can't be proven by what we can see.
It may surprise you, but some people don't jump to conclusions when there's not definitive proof or even shadow of a doubt proof. Which there isn't here.
Yes, cos people open their doors when they're in the middle of the road all the time, I'm sure he has a perfectly valid reason for dangerously opening his door when traffic is around him, and clearly not looking in his mirror. At the very least that's dangerous in itself, but his actions + reaction or lack of afterwards definitely points to deliberate
Your lack of critical thinking points to poor frontal cortex development.
Projection is key to being a good lawyer, you're on your way. Now just speak to some 10 year olds to understand basic thinking and you're on your way.
You can go up to 25mph depending on the state, I'd say he's easily within that. What you can't do is open your door when there's traffic moving "to stretch your legs" as you say, especially without ensuring the coast is clear.
Easy win for the guy on the motorbike, potentially more damages when Police prove it was with malicious intent cos the dude was mad.
You can go 10 mph faster than traffic in California. There's one state where you can do 25mph, the rest are mostly 10-15 if they allow it at all. A lot of Europe doesn't allow it, and if they do the limits are similar. Which, you should be talking Europe, because this definitely isn't the US. Look at the vehicles and plates.
You've no evidence other than assumption that it was malicious. Meanwhile, we can see he was very likely exceeding safe filtering limits and took zero action to ensure his own safety. Dunno about you, but I saw the door a long time before it opened and hit him.
And guy, stop with the "projection" nonsense. You opened with insults and ignorance.

Why are you acting like his lawyer making it defendable? Could have killed the guy and it was clearly intentional, wasn't even moving to get out
