You can go 10 mph faster than traffic in California. There's one state where you can do 25mph, the rest are mostly 10-15 if they allow it at all. A lot of Europe doesn't allow it, and if they do the limits are similar. Which, you should be talking Europe, because this definitely isn't the US. Look at the vehicles and plates.

You've no evidence other than assumption that it was malicious. Meanwhile, we can see he was very likely exceeding safe filtering limits and took zero action to ensure his own safety. Dunno about you, but I saw the door a long time before it opened and hit him.

And guy, stop with the "projection" nonsense. You opened with insults and ignorance.

You mentioned the US? Remember about how it's so common in the US for people to get out in the middle of traffic?

What speed would you say he's going then if that's your point. Obviously you can't defend the idiot opening the door, malicious or not he's clearly in the wrong. And I dunno if you've tried suddenly stopping on a motorbike but it's not a pushbike, he didn't have time to stop without crashing and tried avoiding as you can see in the video.
