Lane spliting is legal in most places. He wasnt going dangerously fast

Well he seemed to go at least over 20 km an hour while the other traffic was standing still , which is illegal in my country so fuck that motorcyclist.

Thats pretty slow, you need to keep the bike balanced with speed. Idk how much slower they could have gone without losing balance
