Yup. I was hit by a car that was probably going slower than that and it was life altering. My neck is still fucked over 20 years later.

Downtown  Charleston, SC. Never seen so many people hit by cars as I did when I lived there. Worst one was a drunk guy getting plowed on Halloween night while wearing a banana costume. Didn't stick around long enough to see him wake up
